Russell Hobbs wanted to support new product launches with fresh, authentic customer reviews. The brand needed real feedback from real users so shoppers could feel more confident before buying.
The approach
One2Five created a focused product testing campaign using its own tester community. The campaign covered eight different products and distributed 120 product samples to selected testers. After using the products, testers shared honest customer reviews based on their real experience.
The results
In less than four weeks, the campaign reached 100% of its target. Russell Hobbs received 240 high-quality reviews with an average rating of 4.6. These reviews helped improve trust, strengthen product visibility, and give the brand useful feedback from real customers.
