The Swiss online retailer Kaufsignal.ch did not want three separate tools for three jobs. They wanted one solution to collect reviews, moderate them, and syndicate them to partners.
The approach
Kaufsignal implemented our review software to handle all three jobs in one place. Our customer review system shares reviews directly between Kaufsignal and the brands selling products in their online shop, so content moves both ways automatically.
The results
Thanks to these syndication effects, the cost per review decreased significantly for all partners involved. Since launch, Kaufsignal has seen a significant increase in user statistics as well as in online purchases.
